What information do you need from me to compound a medication? →
To ensure the safe and effective compounding of a medication, we require:
- A detailed prescription
- Any specific formulation requirements or preferences (e.g., flavoring, dosage form, etc.)
- Allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients
Specify that the prescription is to be compounded
For sterile medications please write dosage in mg not units
